Shipping Policy

At Abaya Couture, we aim to prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where applicable.

United Kingdom

UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

United States

USA orders are sent using a tracked international delivery service.

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Canada

Canada orders are sent using a tracked international delivery service.

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

European Union

EU orders are sent using an international delivery service.

Estimated delivery: 2–11 business days after dispatch.

Middle East & Other International Destinations

We ship to selected destinations worldwide, including countries within the Middle East.

Available delivery methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order and made-to-order pieces have separate production and dispatch times. The estimated timeframe will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.

If an order contains both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, the order may be dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready unless otherwise arranged.

Processing & Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include processing or production times.

During launches, restocks and particularly busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, occasional delays caused by the courier, customs processing, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

International Orders, Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may occasionally result in additional delivery time.
