Refund policy
EID RETURN POLICY:
If you decide your abaya isn’t the right fit for you, all return requests must be made within two (2) days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return requests beyond this period.
To initiate a return, please ensure your abaya is unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
If you need to request a return, please contact our customer service team within the 2-day window from the date of delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Abayacouture. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:
Return Period:
You have 5 working days to request a return.
How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@abayacouture.uk with the following information:
- Your order number and name
- The reason for the return
- The item you wish to return
A member of our team will respond with the return procedures.
Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Processing:
If your refund meets the above requirements and is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
